This modification of the combined synopsis/solicitation is to add the Central Louisiana area to the acceptable places where the Youth Camp can be held and extend the close date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 Effective on July 12, 2021. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (offers will be checked for technical acceptableness based on requirements) and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. The contractor shall return the completed provision (52.204-24) and return with offer. The Louisiana Army National Guard Family Programs Office has a requirement for a Youth Camp in South Louisiana delivered to see the PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. This is an all or none award. The Government reserves the right to cancel the contract in its entirety or parts of the requirement within a seven (7) day notice.
