This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W912NR21R0002 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12 –Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective July 12, 2021. This acquisition is a total Small Business (SB) set aside under the 8(a) Program using NAICS 541611 small business size standard is $16,500,000.00. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) to be considered for award. There will be no site visit and all questions must be submitted in writing in accordance to the below defined criteria. The base period shall be from start of award – 31 May 2022 with four option years using 1 June – 31 May for each option year.
