This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. Elaborate brochures or documentation, binding, detailed artwork, or other embellishment, beyond the stated requirement are unnecessary, not desired, and shall not be evaluated.
