This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64 Effective on January 17, 2013. The solicitation W912NR-20-Q-0043 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is solicited as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (quotes will be checked for technical acceptableness based on SOW requirements) and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. The Louisiana Army National Guard Data Processing Center is seeking preventative maintenance services and full warranty coverage (including parts, labor and travel) on 3 different HVAC units located in Pineville and Minden, LA, IAW manufacturer's specifications. Ideal start date is first week of August but may be shifted in the event of state or national emergencies.
