This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 Effective on January 24, 2018. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The solicitation W912NR-19-Q-5015 is issued as a Request for Quote. This Procurement is Total Small Business set aside. Requirement to purchase fitness equipment for the Alert facility. Due to limited space, equipment specifications must be as close to the description as possible. Equipment must be able to be disassembled and reassembled with normal hand tools to fit through standard 36" doorway. Equipment must be commercial grade for use in a commercial fitness facility. Rogue Fitness, ProMaxima, Free Motion, and Elite FTS equipment are brands used as a reference and all quotes shall meet or exceed the provided specifications and quality standards. Please see attachment for further equipment guidance. The part number provided describes the level of quality, size of item and a brand name or equal reference guide. Price shall include delivery to the destination listed below. Please deliver all new items FOB Destination to: Bldg. 31, NAS JRB New Orleans, LA 70143. Loading dock is available during Tuesday - Fridays except holidays. Contractor will call customer to coordinate delivery time using dock and or installation (option) at the specified gym site.
