This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $38.5 million. The Louisiana National Guard will be awarding a Firm- Fixed Price Supply Contract. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable. Proposals must include proof that you meet all requirements listed in the PWS. The Louisiana Army National Guard seeks a proposal for the cleaning and delivery service of shop rags/cloths throughout the state. Our intent is to award 1 contract for one base year and a potential of up to four option years. 1. In order for the Louisiana Army National Guard Maintenance teams to meet their deadlines, while following regulations, the entirety of the PWS shall be met. a.
