The SDARNG requires commercial meal service for scheduled training meals from 30 Nov through 4 Dec 2026, with estimated 980 breakfasts, 980 lunches, and 1,225 dinners. The government will provide the serving facility, service supplies, labor, cleaning, and trash disposal; the vendor will coordinate onsite delivery, provide a sample menu with its quote, and clean vendor-owned delivery/service containers after meal service. Meals will be served at the Dining Facility, Bldg. 801, Camp Rapid, 2823 West Main Street, Rapid City, SD 57702. About a week in advance, the SDARNG POC will coordinate serving times and provide expected troop counts and the delivery POC, and SDARNG is responsible for the number of meals ordered.
