Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The South Dakota Army National Guard requires commercial vehicle rentals to support training in the Black Hills, SD area during the summer of 2026. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract set aside entirely for small businesses. The contract will include a base period and four one-year option periods. The base period requires specific quantities of mini vans and larger passenger vehicles for set periods between late May and late July 2026. A formal solicitation will be issued within two weeks.
