The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement to support the CIO Admin Services Postal Operations Sections postage meter machines are obsolete and no longer functions. The requirement will include a high volume digital mailing system for Rapid City, SD, a medium volume digital mailing system for Sioux Falls, SD, and state-wide virtual postage with capabilities to support up to 12 different locations. This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. it is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to contract opportunities within a week of this pre solicitation posting. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a firm fixed price award.
