The Regional Training Institute (RTI) and South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to support scheduled training with three meals daily. This requirement is achieved through contractor prepared and served meals at the Dining Facility on Camp Rapid, SD 57702 and Field Feeding at West Camp Rapid. Meals must contain a portion size that is 1.5 times industry standard to facilitate the higher caloric requirements of students. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Officer Candidate School (OCS) Meal Services. Presently, it is anticipated that the proposal schedule will require proposals for each of the following catagories: Breakfast Meal, Lunch Meal, Dinner Meal, and Sack Lunch/Dinner. The meals will be required during the approximate time frame of 6 July through 25 July with four potential Option Periods. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set-aside. For NAICS 722310 for Food Service Contractor the small business size standard is $38.SM. The vendor who is awarded the contract will be required to conduct a pre-performance meeting scheduled approximately for July 1-5, 2025 at Camp Rapid, SD. Solicitation is anticipated to be released within two weeks after the posting of this synopsis.
