The South Dakota National Guard has a primary requirement for commercial lodging in Mitchell, SD during drill weekends. This is expected to be for one weekend per month, however, status may fall on any day of the month for select individuals. Generally, the requirement for lodging exists over the course of one (1) weekend each month. The number of rooms is estimated at 200 per year. The contractor shall provide lodging upon request by the Government. The tentative performance period will start 1 December 2024 through 30 November 2025 to include 2option periods (years). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part13 procedures. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award. All offers shall be submitted by email to tyler.j.pringle4.mil@army.mil not later than 18 October 2024 at 12:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time.
