The South Dakota National Guard has a primary requirement for commercial lodging in Mitchell, SD during drill weekends. This is expected to be for one weekend per month, however, status may fall on any day of the month for select individuals. Generally, the requirement for lodging exists over the course of one (1) weekend each month. The number of rooms is estimated at 600 per year. The contractor shall provide lodging upon request by the Government. The tentative performance period will start 1 December 2024 through 30 November 2025 to include 2 option periods (years). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to contract opportunities within a week of this pre-solicitation posting. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award.
