The SDARNG has a request to supply and install audio visual upgrades to the classrooms in one of the buildings. The contractor will determine the most efficient cost-effective solution to updating the current AV system that will provide ease-of-use to the end user. This will include the purchase and installation of necessary AV equipment. The new system will have the capability to perform the duties required of the current operational environment. This requirement is going to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract that is 100% set aside for small business NAICS Code 334310. The solicitation is expected to be posted within 14 days of this presolicitation notice. A mandatory site visit located at Bldg 802 Classrooms 113/114 2823 West Main Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702 is tentatively scheduled for 16 August 2022 at 0900. All interested contractors must submit their intent to attend the site visit to jesse.m.sweesy.civ@army.mil a minimum 1 day prior to the site visit. All contractors must have a valid SAM registration prior to submitting an offer.
