Exercise participants spend this time bivouacking in various locations throughout the Black Hills, and the ability to support field feeding is highly dependent upon refrigeration capabilities. The objective of this requirement is to establish and maintain un-interrupted temperature controlled food transportation and storage capabilities at 3 remote locations leading up to, and throughout a 2-3 week military exercise. Solicitation is anticipated to be released 25 March 2022. Potential contractors must be registered and active within the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract.
