The Regional Training Institute (RTI) and South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to support scheduled training with three meals daily. This requirement is achieved through contractor prepared and served meals at the Dining Facility on Fort Meade, SD 57741. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Officer Candidate School (OCS) Meal Services. Presently it is anticipated that the proposal schedule will require proposals for each of the following catagories: Breakfast Meal, Lunch Meal, Dinner Meal, and Sack Lunch/Dinner. The meals will be required during the approximate time frame of 1June - 28Jul 2022. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set-aside. For NAICS 722310 for Food Service Contractor the small business size standard is $38.5M. The vendor who is awarded the contract will be required to conduct a preperformance meeting scheduled approximately for May 21-23, 2022 at Ft. Meade, SD. Tentative RFP solicitation response date is March 18, 2022. Solicitation is anticipated to be released 18 March 2022.
