The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment to perform the following: PORTABLE LATRINES - Deliver, place and prepare for use portable chemical latrines with hand sanitizer dispensers with daily servicing and all necessary paper products. Daily Service - For the purpose of this document, daily service shall include removal of all waste products, rinsing the interior of the latrine unit with water and placement of the necessary chemical products. Daily service is defined as one (1) service for each 24-hr period of the performance period. No service is required on day of removal. The South Dakota Army National Guard has a requirement for Chemical Latrines w/hand sanitizer and Grey Water removal with a Period of Performance for 11 - 25 June 2021 (One location will be 10 - 15 June). These location will be located through out the Black Hills area (Custer and Rapid City) and one location in Yankton. PORTABLE LATRINES - Deliver, place and prepare for use portable chemical latrines with hand sanitizer dispensers with daily servicing and all necessary paper products. GREY WATER REMOVAL – Grey water removal may be required at some locations during the period of performance. Grey Water Removal will be completed on an as needed basis. The contractor is to check with the POC while servicing the location. This will be a Total Small Business set aside. All offerors must have an ACTIVE SAM Registration. The solicitation will be posted within seven days of this presolicitation.
