Update 1, dated 9Apr2021: Uploaded Amendment 1 to the solicitation that includes questions and answers. The 147th Army Band is the only National Guard band in South Dakota providing music for military operations and citizens across South Dakota while promoting our national interests at home and abroad. The unit currently operates four Music Performance Teams (MPTs) including a Rock Band (11-piece group with horn line, lights, fog machine), Country Band (5-piece group with lights), Pop Music Band (10-piece group with horn line, lights, fog machine), and Brass Group (9-piece group with drum set and light wash). All four (4) MPTs perform throughout the year in support of Soldiers and Families, educational and recruiting outreach, and civilian support functions. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide Live Music Training Services for the 147th Army Band Music Performance Teams (MPTs) as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
