South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to award a year long term advertising package through the South Dakota High School Activities Association (SDHSAA). The sole-source award will include a one (1) 12-month base period and possibly four (4) 12-month option periods – to be exercised annually upon receipt of available funding. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide MARKETING AND ADVERTISING SERVICES to state highschool events.
