The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for Marketing Services.The SDARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRBN) recruits Soldiers to meet the needs of the SDARNG. The contractor will provide direct advertising support to Recruiting and Retention with the goal of generating leads, reducing attrition, and increasing retention. Interested contractors will send in items listed in Clause 52.212-2 in the Solicitation. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation of affirmative determination ofresponsibility for the potential contractor. Past Performance or prior Experience in similar marketing requirements is required. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration process prior to award of contract. The applicable NAICS is 541613 for Marketing Consulting Services.
