The 114th Fighter Wing Base Contracting Office has issued a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to Repair Concrete Joints at Bldgs 40, 49 & 53 in Sioux Falls, SD. The contract duration is 120 days or less after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238110, with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit is scheduled for May 3, 2019 at 9:00am local time. Interested offerors are encouraged to attend and shall follow site visit registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. All questions for the site visit must be submitted by April 26, 2019 via email to Jeremiah Minter at jeremaih.g.minter.mil@mail.mil. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (c) (3) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which applies to this project and states by submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror/Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract... "the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees". Interested offerors must be registered in SAM. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps/FBO) website online at https://www.fbo.gov. FBO is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies and interested offerors must register to access the system. Please note that sensitive but unclassified documents associated with this project may be located in a controlled access location on FBO with restricted access. Offerors who do not already have an MPIN are advised that the normal processing is 7 to 12 business days to obtain a MPIN password that will give them access to the plans and specifications. Reference paragraph 4.7 of the Vendor Guide for instructions on how to obtain a MPIN for restricted access to specifications and drawings (https://www.fbo.gov/downloads/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf found at "Getting Started User Guide" Library on FBO.gov). Offerors cannot log into the FedBizOpps home page and search for data.
