Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a request to provide meals one weekend per month for approximately 45 personnel in the Recruit Sustainment Program in Rapid City, South Dakota. The performance period is from May 2026 through April 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. The Government will evaluate offers based on Technical, Past Performance, and Price factors. The contractor must be a registered small business and meet all South Dakota state requirements for a food preparation and serving business. The acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses.
