The total number of rooms estimated is 153 (51 per night). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to contract opportunities within a week of this pre-solicitation posting. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award. The award is contingent on availability of fiscal year 2026 funds.
