The Regional Training Institute (RTI) and South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to support scheduled training with three daily meals. This requirement is achieved through contractor prepared and served meals at the Dining Facility on Fort Meade, SD 57741. Service will be from May 31st through July 25th with an average of 375 meals a day. Meals must contain a portion size that is 1.5 times industry standards to facilitate the higher caloric requirements of students. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Officer Candidate School (OCS) meal service. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Here is the tentative schedule for the solicitation: Full solicitation estimated to be posted January 22nd. Tentative site visit will be conducted February 5th. Information regarding questions and answers and the closing date will be posted with the full solicitation. An active Sam.gov registration is required for this contract.
