The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement to provide meals for the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) in Rapid City, SD. This request will be for one weekend a month beginning with an evening dinner on Saturday and Breakfast and a sack lunch on Sunday. There will be approximately 45 personel attending each meal. This request is for May 2024-April 2025 will also contains options for May 2025-April 2026 and May 2026-April 2027. The Government will evaluate each offer based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The contractor must be found acceptable based on the factors listed in Clause 52.212-2 in the Solicitation. The awardee shall meet all requirements of a food preparation/serving business within the State of South Dakota. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation of affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set aside. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the SAM.gov website. The award will be a Firm Fix Price type contract. Offeror will submit their quotes to shelly.j.thomson.civ@army.mil by close date/time.
