This is expected to be for one weekend per month, however, status may fall on any day of the month for select individuals; generally, the requirement for lodging exists over the course of one (1) weekend each month. The number of rooms is estimated at 330 per year. The contractor shall provide lodging upon request by the Government. The tentative performance period will start 1 December 2023 through 30 November 2024 to include 2 option periods (years). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award. All questions shall be in writing. Questions may be emailed to Andrew Kennedy at andrew.j.kennedy16.mil@army.mil. Questions must be submitted No Later Than 24 October 2023.
