Childcare services, meeting space (vendor and childcare), audio/visual equipment, and food/beverages will be secured by the selected offeror with monitoring from the Yellow Ribbon POC. This event will have approximately 170 Adults, 45 Youth (ages 6-17) and 15 Children (ages 0-5). Qustions due on writing NLT 5Oct23 5PM MST to shelly.j.thomson.civl@army.mil. This solicitation is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All offerors must have an ACTIVE SAM registration at the time of the solicitation closing October 12, 2023 @ 12pm.

Childcare services, meeting space (vendor and childcare), audio/visual equipment, and food/beverages will be secured by the selected offeror with monitoring from the Yellow Ribbon POC. This event will have approximately 170 Adults, 75 Youth (ages 6-17) and 15 Children (ages 0-5). This solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All offerors must have an ACTIVE SAM registration at the time of the solicitation closing (closing date to be determined on solicitation notice). The solicitation will follow this presolicitation approximately within two weeks.
