Amendement 1 changes the quantity to 1 semi-trailer with quote good for 30 days and an option for 1 semi trailer with quote good for 90 days.. All other aspects remain the same. The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for 2 flatbed semi trailers with hydraulic tail sections. Trailer capacities will be 80,000 lbs. distributed and 50,000 lbs. concentrated in any 10 feet. Overall length shall be a maximum of 51 feet. PTO Hydraulics and controls with auxiliary stand-alone gas-powered motor mounted above winch. This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. Additional details and required specifications will be provided in the full solicitation. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award.
