The South Dakota National Guard has a primary requirement for commercial lodging in Watertown, SD during drill weekends. This is expected to be for one weekend per month, however, status may fall on any day of the month for select individuals; generally, the requirement for lodging exists over the course of one (1) weekend each month. The number of rooms is estimated at 360 per year. The contractor shall provide lodging upon request by the Government. The tentative performance period will start 1 March 2023 through 29 February 2024 to include 2 option periods (years). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award. The tentative performance period will start 1 February 2023 through 31 January 2024 to include 2 option periods (years). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to contract opportunities within two weeks of this pre-solicitation posting.
