This is expected to be for ... 27 January 2023 Amendment for questions and answers The South Dakota National Guard has a primary requirement for commercial lodging in Spearfish, SD during drill weekends. This is expected to be for one weekend per month, however, status may fall on any day of the month for select individuals; generally, the requirement for lodging exists over the course of one (1) weekend each month. The number of rooms is estimated at 600 per year. The contractor shall provide lodging upon request by the Government. The tentative performance period will start 1 March 2023 through 29 February 2024 to include 2 option periods (years). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to contract opportunities within two weeks of this pre-solicitation posting.
