The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon Event on 4-5 November in Rapid City, SD. Childcare services, meeting space (to include childcare and vendor space), audio/visual equipment and food/beverages will be secured by the selected offeror with monitoring by the Yellow Ribbon POC. This event will have approximately 170 Adults, 75 Youth (ages 8-17) and 30 Children (ages 0-7). This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contracts. All offerors MUST have an ACTIVE SAM registration at time of solicitation closing, 15 September 2022. This event will have approximately 170 Adults, 75 Youth (ages 8-17) and 30 Children (ages 0-7).
