The SDARNG has a request to supply and install audio visual upgrades to the classrooms in one of the buildings.The contractor will determine the most efficient cost-effective solution to updating the current AV classrooms 113/114 system that will provide ease-of-use to the end user. This will include the purchase and installation of necessary AV equipment. The new system will have the capability to perform the duties required of the current operational environment. This requirement is going to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract that is 100% set aside for small business. Mandatory site visit at 2823 West Main Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702 is scheduled for 16 August 2022 at 0900. All interested contractors must submit their intent to attend the site visit to jesse.m.sweesy.civ@army.mil a minimum 1 day prior to the site visit. All contractors must have a valid SAM registration prior to submitting an offer.
