This requirement is achieved through contractor prepared and served meals at the Dining Facility on Camp Rapid, SD 57702 and Field Feeding at West Camp Rapid. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Officer Candidate School (OCS) Meal Services. Presently it is anticipated that the proposal schedule will require proposals for each of the following catagories: Breakfast Meal, Lunch Meal, Dinner Meal, and Sack Lunch/Dinner. The meals will be required during the approximate time frame of July 16 - 29, 2022. With two potential Option Periods. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set-aside. For NAICS 722310 for Food Service Contractor the small business size standard is $38.SM. The vendor who is awarded the contract will be required to conduct a pre-performance meeting scheduled approximately for July 12, 2022 at Camp Rapid, SD.
