This will be a two day event, April 9 - 10 2022. The training on April 9 will include: ? Loss of a child, spouse or parent ? Termination, firings ? Failing ? Cancer ? Making mistakes ? Held back a grade ? A troubled childhood ? A troubled marriage ? Feeling alone, lonely ? Substance abuse ? Shame or guilt April 10 Training will include: ? Teach techniques and skills to identify pain points within your schedule. ? Discuss most common time wasters and how to avoid them. ? Teach strategies and techniques to align tasks and objectives to maximize efficiencies. ? Strategies for dealing with interruptions and procrastination. Specific skills to include: Specific skills to include: ? Creating a TO-DO list ? Prioritizing and Delegating ? Looking Busy to avoid distractions ? Learning to set boundaries and say No ? Eliminating Typical Distractions ? Avoiding Multitasking ? Avoiding Distractive Thoughts This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside and multiple awards may be made off the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award(s) will be made on the basis of price and other non-price factors determined best value to the Government. Multiple awards may be made if determined to be in the best interest of the Government Vendors are NOT required to provide a quote for both CLINS. Questions shall be sent to douglas.w.harding.civ@army.mil not later than 1:00pm (Mountain) 23 February 2022. This solicitation will close on 4 March 2022 at 12:00pm (Mountain).
