This request is for one weekend a month beginning with an evening dinner on Friday and Breakfast and Sack lunch on Saturday. There will be approximately 45 personnel attending each meal. This request include two Option Periods for 2023 and 2024. Base year and Option Years Period of Performance is 1 January to 31 December. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside for NAICS 722320 for Catering, the small business size standard is $7.5m. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Offeror will submit their quotes to douglas.w.harding.mil@army.mil Not Later Than 12:00pm 17 December 2021.

The request is to provide meals for the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP). This request will be for one weekend a month beginning with an evening dinner on Friday and Breakfast and a sack lunch on Saturday. There will be approximately 45 personel attending each meal. This request will also contains options for 2022 and 2023. Base year and Option Years Period of Performance will be January 1 - December 31. The Government will evaluate each offer based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The contractor must be found acceptable based on the factors listed in Clause 52.212-2 in the Solicitation. The awardee shall meet all requirements of a food preparation/serving business within the State of South Dakota. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation of affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set aside. For NAICS 722320 for Catering Contractor the small business size standard is $7.5M. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the SAM.gov website. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted within three days of this presolicitation notice.
