Childcare services, meeting space (vendor and childcare), audio/visual equipment and food/beverages will be secured by the selected offeror with oversight from the Yellow Ribbon POC. This even will have 235 Adults, 40 Youth, and 35 Children. This will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All offerors MUST have an ACTIVE SAM registration at time of solicitation closing. Solicitation will follow this presolicitation before end of day.
