The Department of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement to perform the services of emptying, cleaning, sanitize and disposal of the waste from the grease traps, and oil/water separators tanks in Camp Santiago Salinas, PR and in Fort Allen, Juana Diaz. PR. The service shall include the full Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) test results for the oil/water separators in order to comply with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the local landfill requirements for disposition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: 1. Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. 2. The Product Service Code is F999, Environmental Services. 3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562998 Waste Management Services with a size standard of $16,500,000.
