Meeting Package: The PRARNG G1 – One (1) conference for the main training event for 150 attendees, two (2) conference rooms for child and youth activities with the capacity for up to 15 attendees per room, and one (1) conference as banquet room. (The Banquet Room can be the same as the Main Conference Room) for the 1065th MD CO Pre-deployment Event to take place on April 1, 2023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: 1. Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. 2. The Product Service Code is V231, Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel /Lodging. 3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 with a size standard of $35,000,000. DESCRIPTION OF ACQUISITION: The Puerto Rico ARNG has a requirement to purchase the below listed services. A description of all the specifications and requirements of the equipment are in the attached Solicitation and Performance Work Statement. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
