The Puerto Rico Army National Guard has a requirement to acquire a service of two Level III Ambulances with 4 paramedics for the 22nd CERFP CTE to take place on 23 – 24 January 2023 and 13-16 February 2023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is V225, Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel /Ambulances. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 621910 with a size standard of $20,000,000. The service for the event shall be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation and Performance Work Statement. A description of all the specifications and requirements of the equipment are in the attached Solicitation and Performance Work Statement. The award of this procurement will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
