The Army Safety and Occupational Health Inspections has a requirement to acquire the service of perform mandated Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Inspections at multiple locations through Puerto Rico. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is C213 - ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING- GENERAL: INSPECTION (NON-CONSTRUCTION) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541350 with a size standard of $11,500,000. The description of the service shall be in accordance with (IAW) the Paragraph 5 of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
