The Puerto Rico National Guard has a requirement to acquire the services for a 2-Day Human Factors Analysis Classification System (HFACS) Training. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation and performance work statement (PWS) with all the specifications and requirements of the training. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is U009, Educational/Training - general. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611519 with a size standard of $18,500,00. The training shall be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation and PWS. There will be a post-award conference on September 22, 2022 with the vendor which the contract is awarded.
