The PRARNG G1 – Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program has a requirement to acquire a service of Lodging, Meals and Incidental Expenses for the 225th MP CO Pre-deployment Event to take place on 26 – 27 September2022. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is V231, Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel /Lodging. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 with a size standard of $35,000,000. The service for the event has to be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation and Performance Work Statement. The award will be a single award to the lowest priced quote that meets the specifications of the equipment to be buy in the resultant contract.
