The PRARNG-CFMO has a requirement of a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan Course and Drills for selected personnel of the facilities as describe on the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Technical Exhibit 3 and the Solicitation attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is U008 - Education/Training- Training/Curriculum Development. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541620 with a size standard of $16,500,00. The service has to be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation, PWS and Technical Exhibit 3.
