The Puerto Rico Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase and distribute high quality Ice to Units to fulfill class I needs during trainings in Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, P.R. This acquisition is necessary to achieve the day-by-day base operational environment request. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements for the purchase. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is 8960, Beverages, Nonalcoholic. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 312113 with a size standard of 750 employees.
