The 92nd Military Police Brigade has a requirement to purchase groceries in order to prepare meals to Soldiers participating in the Annual Training 2022 at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, P.R. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation with all the specifications and requirements of the equipment. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is 8940, Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 311999 with a size standard of 500 employees Groceries will be deliver at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, PR. at time and dates specified on the CLINs. A description of all the specifications and requirements of the groceries are in the attached Solicitation. The award of this procurement will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
