The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform PRNG CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) Reset Services at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, Puerto Rico. Work will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and pictures enclosed to this Solicitation. This action is being solicited pursuant to FAR 14 as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This solicitation is a set aside for small business concerns eligible firms in the District of PR. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236210 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $25K and $100K. Persons intending on submitting a BID should attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit.
