The 201st Regional Training Institute (RTI) has a requirement to purchase meals in support of its 31B10 Course that will take place at Building 205 in Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, PR. The Course will start on August 2, 2021 and will end on August 31, 2021, during this period there will be three (3) daily meals scheduled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation. This requirement issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722310 with a size standard of $41,500,000. The breakfast needs to be deliver from August 3, 2021 to August 31, 2021, and lunch and dinner needs to be deliver from August 2, 2021 to August 30, 2021. The meals must be in accordance with the 21 Days RTI Menu attached. The performance of all the work has to be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation. The offeror must submit a signed and dated quote on the attached Solicitation with unit prices and extended prices. In doing so and without taking any exception to the requirements of this synopsis/solicitation, including specification, "Supplies or Services and Prices" and terms and conditions, the offeror agrees to accede to all solicitation requirements. Offerors must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale.
