The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform one (1) 8 hours SPCC Class and three (3) hours spill drill at each facility with SPCC Plans. Please refer to paragraph five (5) of PWS. Period of Performance: Contractor will perform the SPCC Training during 8 working days, that includes one 8 Hours class session and seven 3 Hours spill drills (different facilities).
