The 130th Engineer Battalion has a requirement to purchase groceries in order to prepare food to the troops during the Annual Training 2021 that will take place at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas PR. Annual Training will start on July 10, 2021 and will end on July 24, 2021, during this period there will be three (3) delivery list scheduled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation. This requirement issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 311999 with a size standard of 500 employees. The groceries needs to be deliver on the following dates: July 9, 2021, July 13, 2021, and July 16, 2021. The groceries must be deliver according to the grocery list for that day.
