The 201st Regional Training Institute has a requirement to purchase pre-packaged meals in order to feed Soldiers during the 31B30 Course that will take place in Fort Allen Juana Diaz, PR. The 31B30 Course will start on May 31, 2021 and will end on June 29, 2021. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The Award will be as Firm Fixed Priced Award to the lowest priced quote that meets all the listed items technical capabilities/requirements. Interested vendors must submit their quotes no later than May 26, 2020, 11am, EST, daylight savings time, Email quotes to SSG Luz M. Rivera Colon at luz.m.riveracolon.mil@mail.mil. The offeror must submit a signed and dated quote on company letterhead with unit prices and extended prices in response to this solicitation. In doing so and without taking any exception to the requirements of this synopsis/solicitation, including specification, "Supplies or Services and Prices" and terms and conditions, the offeror agrees to accede to all solicitation requirements. Offerors must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. Vendor must comply with the attached 21 day Menu attached. After the 21 day, vendor will re-start the menu from day one. Offers must provide a unit price and extended price for CLIN 0001, CLIN 0002 and, CLIN 0003 referenced in the “Supplies or Services and Prices.” Interested parties capable of providing the requirement must submit a written quote to include discount terms, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS.
