The 783rd Maintenance Company has a requirement to purchase groceries in order to prepare food to the troops during the Annual Training 2021 that will take place at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas PR. Annual Training will start on May 22, 2021 and will end on June 5, 2021, during this period there will be four (4) delivery list scheduled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation is attached. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The groceries needs to be deliver on the following dates: May 21, 2021, May 25, 2021, May 29, 2021 and June 1, 2021. The groceries must be deliver according to the grocery list for that day. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made.
